Oh, the recent riots and attacks
have been horrid, haven't they? I expect those lumbering beasts will be stopped before rampaging their way westward, but if I am to take the message of the most recent riot (horrendously unrefined as it was) to heart, I am not to have faith that the Ministry will take care of what needs to be done.

It is with the utmost sincerity that I hope that none of you or your loved ones have been affected by the most recent attack in Somerset or the boorish display in Diagon Alley. It makes me ill to think that we live in a world today where the only to voice our dissatisfaction with the Ministry is through such displays of violence and that we allow such rabble unwas [...] those less privileged than ourselves to belittle our beloved carnival, which they have pushed their way into.
With that bitterness on our tongues, Lucius and I would like to invite you to an afternoon wherein we are free of such vermin of civility and manners on the twelveth of June. This is merely a courtesy, of course, formal owls and invitations are on their way. We hope that you will be joining us.
